Finally a DATE!!!

I just got off the phone with the clinic and I have a surgery date in March!!!
Finally -  only took some about 20 calls a day before I finally was able to talk to someone, once i ve got them i didnt let go until I had a date.

I'm glad you got approved.  Since you have been active on this forum, you should know what to expect.  Did you need the 20 calls a day due to the socialized medicine in Canada?  Otherwise, I'd think a doctor would be annoyed at that many calls.

Socialized medicine - not quite that. We are not Sweden yet ;) Medical care in Canada is far superior to most countries I have seen around the world. Its the waitintg that sometimes gets to you.

It took me almost 20 calls to clinic in US to get them respond.
No I did not annoy anyone  (and if i did so what, since the clinic is for profit, they were exceedingly nice to me) I tried to be polite and really ask for help each time I called. 20 calls is a slight exaggerating maybe 10 - 15 calls and i did not want to leave messages, people tend not to respond as prompt as needed to be.
