couldn't get to the gym today so just took a brisk 37 minute walk in my neighborhood... will make it to the gym tomorrow.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

How are you? Glad to see you're working out. Any word from Boner?

Saturday was my social run with the old guys. 40 mnutes of jogging. Also, got in a hellacious rehab workout for my rotator cuff. I did three sets of three different shoulder blad squeezes (resemble shrugs). One was laying face down with pretty heavy weight on an incline bench and squeezing the blades together, the next was holding a 15 lb weight bar over head and shrugging. The third was hanging from a wide grip pullup bar and shugging my bodyweight.

After that I did three different exercises that were actually for the inner rotator cuff muscles, which means, the sole motion of rotating the ball joint of the arm in the shoulder socket, without motino in any other directions.

Hell, the RC rehab work was probably better exercise than the jog!

 Good ,news, Rockytop! Sounds like you've both got jobs that are economy-proof!

Hell, our deficit with the recent 8-10% shtim package increase is now 10.6 trillion! Isn't that unbelieveable? $36,000 per man woman and child (hope that's over 10 years!) It's good to be recession resistent.

Saturday, I did 3.5 miles on the torture device AKA the eliptical and then did 3 reps of 12 on all 13 stations at the gym.  I only have time to do 2 reps during the week so on Saturdays I try to work each muscle group with the highest weight I can stand until exhaustion.

You're feet will bring you to where your heart is.

I've been in a bowling tournament all weekend, so the only exercise was throwing my 14 pound ball a few hundred times, at least thats what it feels like now.
