 I had to finish a research/ classroom methods paper, discuss grades with other teachers for a three section (teachers rotate between) class THEN attend a a faculty meeting. I could have worked out in the morning, but the thought of having to do all of this made me tired.

What did I do? More rehab work. It's great stuff. Totally unnatural, nothing the average person would think of doing, yet the shoulders are destined to deteriorate in old age if people don't. Things like:

1) Using a fairly weak stretch band and starting in front of the chest holding the band with both arms, do a dislocating motion stretching both arms behind the back.

2) Laying face down on an inline board, first shrugging, then lifting dumbbells up in a "Y" shape

So many weird motions, but that's what the shoulder joint does - allow weird motions.

Tonight (Tuesday here already), Karate.

I did 35 minutes of cardio on the eliptical before making a full round of all of the stations.
You're feet will bring you to where your heart is.
