Well here is one more kick in the pants buddy.  At 6 weeks out nachos and pizza and pasta are not your friend, they were not in the past and they are not good for you now.  58 pound loss is great but you still have 111 pounds to go and a lot of hurdles to cross.

Always keep a protein bar, some almonds (chew them well) and a bottle of water in your car for outings.  I would suggest you call you nutritionist and talk about going on liquids or subbing a protein shake for one of your meals.  I start my day with a soy protein shake and that is all I need until the clock tells me it's time for lunch.  I am never hungry and I find that to be a blessing.  Get educated about food and how it affects you.  Remember that carbs and sugars are empty and will not sustain you.  Protein first, then veggies then carbs if you have room.  At 6 weeks you should only allow yourself 4 ounces of anything at meal time.  Whats the sense of rearranging your insides if you are not going to change your head.

Education is your best defense you didn't get to be 400 pounds by eating right.  I know because I didn't get to be almost 400 pounds by eating right and saying no to every sweet, carb and piece of chocolate cake that came along.  Those days are over, this is the opportunity to add years to your life and be able to go to the movies and fit in the seats and run with your dog.  Don't blow it because you have head hunger.  I'll say it one more time EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT FOOD.  There are a million sites on line about nutrition.  There I will get off the soap box now.  Succeed do not blow this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
