Grateful Post..

Happy Friday Eve..

Today I am grateful..

That I know when to get out of bad situations..

That I am learning to forgive..

That I know I can't help those that don't help themselves..

For the love I have for people although they may not know it..

For the friendships that I have had with people that are no longer friends although they are still thought about..

 Hey man, 

You look fantastic. I am just over 7 months out and I already feel amazing. It's amazing how differently people perceive you.
