IGOMButt Buster Friday

 Friday here so I did 6 40 meter sprints in socks on a linoleum floor then did 8 30 second intervals on the Powermax interval bike. Followed that with a two hour total body weight workout - Everything from deadlifts to isometric pushup holds to rows to curls. It was a one good ass buster workout.

 Damn, I did two hours last night and two hours Tuesday. On a roll, as usual.
