A little local press - Magazine Cover
Last month my hospital's PR department called me and asked if they could feature me in an upcoming issue of their monthly magazaine. Well turns out they put me on the cover. Below is a link to a pdf of the magazine.

Real cool. You've grabbed the bull by the horns!! I was on my bike yesterday. I'm waiting for it to get warmer here in California (yeh, I know how good I have it during the winter here). I'm cold all the time (like many of you are). I only like to bike when it's about 65 or higher...and very little wind. Brian
To lbsadrtopping, my wife and I saw a talk show the other day where this subject was the topic of discussion. My wife is always hot and I'm always cold. I'm writing this while wearing a hoodie topped by a medum weight jacket. It's not unusual for me to sit in our TV room with a space heater on along with a hoodie and sometimes a coat or jacket.
The best solutions to come from the show were the use of jackets, space heaters, and overhead fans. They even featured one overhead fan that had a portable electric heater between the ceiling and the fan blades. I just assume most people know that you can reverse the direction the blades move for cooler months to evenly redistribute heat throughout the room. I don't because I'm bothered by that little breeze. By the way, I hate it when my ears feel cold.
