 Guys,

Here's a great article on making rehabilitative exercises (with UMMPH!) not something you do on the side, but an actual staple of your exercise routine. This is not only to benefit resistance training, but any cardio exercise or even sitting, where your hold your upper body in place for extended periods of time.
