Sunday Weekly Weigh In

Well, I am stuck at 199. 0 lbs lost this week. Struggling a bit with a new anxiety medication - might be part of the stall.

So what are your numbers this week gents?

Need to get control on my grazing.  Have picked up a couple of lbs. Still below goal though.

10 months post op and as they say, the honeymoon is over...  it's all hard work now, eat right, and exercise like a mad man... fortunately I've still got the pouch on my side.

Total loss - 195 lbs

My scale said 190 this morning.  I had been stuck at 192/193 for a while.  My official weigh in is at the hospital on Tuesdays in the Nutrition office so I hope that this move toward the 80s is really happening

Well...I waited a few days but now I guess I can officially say that I have entered "onederland" (definitely a TT word!)

Highest weight - 333 (prob higher..never weighed self until doc visit)
Surgery weight - 325
Current weight - 197

Don.....many thanx for the correction. So I am now a member of Century City!! Give me 50 lashes with a wet (low fat) noodle!! I promise never to use Tuna Town lingo again!!          John
