Thanks for everyone who commented on my post and gave me my well deserved butt whipping. I just wanted to let everyone know i am back on my diet that i was on for the good year where i went down to 230 and maintained for about a year, and im going to start posting on here regularly again so that i can keep myself motivated and everything that comes with posting on this site. So far today ive eaten half a protein bar for breakfast, half for lunch and drank about two liters of water, in addition to a 2 mile walk. I'm going to try andpost what i'm consuming on here as i know if i start slipping i will write it on here and get mad at myself all over again. again, thanks everyoneand i hope to be in contact with all u guys regularly

for me at least, I find that posting everything that i eat or drink at the daily plate (on livestrong.com) keeps me in check with what I eat...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Yes - I agree. The Daily Plate helps me count my calories, my water intake, and my protein (not to mention the exercise). You may want to try using that to keep your numbers on track. But do keep posting here too! Sounds like we all might benefit from your experiences!
