Don't feel so good
Walking and doing breathing exercises are necessary and will help you feel better and recover more quickly. The pain will improve if you are doing this as well.

I agree, pain comes with it but not for long - You need TO WALK AND SIP ALL DAY - if you dont take in a lot af clear fluids, you will have one hugh problem. Constipation can be a bi product of this and I dont mean a little - think baseball, enemas, suppositories and 2 hrs on the john - truly a bad day. I've been there
Get it up and walk around the house every hour ask doc for pain meds

You may have a stricture...10% of RNY patients get them. It is a narrowing of the tube just below your pouch. Usually from scar tissue. This is very common. See your doctor...there is a simple procedure to get it fixed...called a scope. Also don't be surprised (freak out) if you have to go back a second or third time to get scoped. Also very common. Brian
