30 minutes on stationary bike at lunch.  I am hoping to go skiing tonight with my new skiis, but it did rain earlier today.  I will have to see how it looks when I get there.

WTG Stephan!!!  Who would have thought presurgery that one day we would be exercising at lunch instead of eating?  lol

Stationary bike today for 35 mins or so.  My bike has the preprogrammed exercises.  When I first got it the first and second buttons were 20 mins long and seemed almost impossible to do.  Yesterday I was able to hop on and do the 5th one for 30 mins.  They get increasingly harder with higher resistances, faster climbs, and requiring higher speeds at lower resistances.  I get my heart rate up to about 150 and the sweat get going.  It is a great feeling to feel that alive.

I can't wait till I can do 2 courses back to back for an hour.  I do my riding in the evening when the kids are in bed and my wife and I watch our recorded shows together.  A sight better than sitting on the couch stuffing junk food down the hatch.

Must be great to ski so soon out.  I have to much weight to cut well and on the east coast thats important  My legs are just beginning to move well.  Will try next year.
Good luck

I hate to imagine what else this could mean.  For us it normally means that we got off our butt and did some activity.  My mind was able to take this in other directions.  Wonder what you found.

ANyway, I did end up skiing last night and had a great time.  Would have been more fun skiing with Skinnybob, but I still love the fact that I can ski again.

Okay, I'll take advantage of the time difference...

While it was Wednesday my time, I took the day off.

But I got up on Thursday while it was still Wednesday your time and did 6 30 second run sprints, then immediately went back home to my garage and did 6 30 second stationary bike sprints.

Now it's passed into Thursday your time and I have students coming at 1:00, so I'm off to the gym for a core and leg workout (legs, lower back and abs).
