Been waiting for this to happen for weeks.  McArthur beat me by a day - GREAT JOB BTW!

I finally beat the 300 barrier - official weigh in today was 299.4

I love saying goodbye to the 300s FOR FRIGGIN EVER - begone ******* lipids!

I am 2 days from my 4 month surgiversary and I have lost 103 lbs since surgery - total loss of 126 lbs.  Made my day after stalling for weeks.

Next goal is 293 - that is the halfway mark to my 185 goal.

Congrats.  Stalls suck.  Seems ur a Ben fan.  I like Jefferson and Ben Hope the lbs keep falling out of SIGHT

Thanks lbsadropping.  I like many of the policies of the Founding Fathers - With Jefferson I am a fan of his fiscal policies (though his personal finances didn't follow his own advice).

Yea, wife and I have traveled to Monticello several times.  Seems he went broke -  not much of a busineesman - more thinker and orator

Congrats Dan!!!!!!  This is just that much more motivation to go the rest of the way.  Keep up the good work and hang in there!

congrats!  looks like we both had stalls (and overcame them) in about the same timeframe.  I was going bananas over the last couple of weeks.

300-!!!   Way to go.
It seemed that in my journy that when I apporached the 300 mark that a hugh wall went up and I couldn't get past it..................It really sucked big time   (UUUUGGGGHHHH)
Then one day it just moved on past and kept on going.  That was 70 pounds ago!
