4 MONTHS!! Hard to believe
Today is my 4 month mark since my RNY.
Been a wild and crazy ride with ups and downs.
For those just starting out don't give up hope and stick to the lifestyle changes. Don't get discouraged at stalls or slip ups - just get back on the proverbial horse!
For those old timers - THANKS for all your guidance and inspiration!
My fun facts:
Current Weight is 297.
Highest Weight was 425
Surgery Weight was 402 - thats 105 lbs lost in 4 months!
Pre Surgery - 6X shirt and Size 60 pants (tight)
Now - 3X shirt and 52 pants (very loose on the pants I am either a 48 or 50 now going shopping this weekend)
Pre Surgery - no activity, everything was a chore
Now- exercising 4 to 6 days a week for 30 mins to an hour
I can now sit in booths, theater seats, normal toilets, my truck (I scoot the seat up now).
Life has changed a lot already!

Isn't it amazing what all can happen in just 4 months? It is unbelievable!!!!!! Great job..... Keep on going. Can't wait to see what happens with you at your one year point....
