 Worked the mid section in every possible direction for 45 minutes and then spent another 30 doing my shoulder blade protraction retraction exercises, which are also hard.

I didn't have much time at lunch so I went and jogged the stairs for about 12 minutes

Nothing , nota damn thing !!!
I spent the last two days sitting on the toilet, and holding the waste basket at the same time as to not spill anything on the floor . ( if ya know what I mean .)     BAD CHICKEN !!!!!!

The good side is I do feel better now though .

Hi Nick,

I just now did. Only 140 days left, the clock says. The picture has the riders climbing a hill. I didn't know there were hills in Iowa? What will that be, about August? Should be a beautiful ride in warm weather. That will keep you in shape. Keep it up.
