GOMB Saturday, join me
I'm 17 days out from surgery and was cleared to go back to the gym for cardio the beginning of this week. So far I've only done the elliptical, bike and yesterday did a couple miles of light jogging. It feels great to get back to it.
I didn't realize how addicted I'd become to exercises for my state of mind. I'm also going to Maine skiing next weekend and can't wait to get out there.
I'm thinking about doing a sprint triathlon in the spring.

Was supposed to go into the Dojo for a second Karate session, but the senior member who was supposed to help us injured his knee (doing Yai Sword and Jujitsu his other hobby) and then the owner forgot to leave the door unlocked. So today it was a rare 40 minutes of walking (subway to Dojo and back, then to look for a coffee shop).
I started to work out later in the after noon but all I could do was 8 one minute handstand holds with balance board sessions in between.
So I still got 75 or so minutes of something in.
