Good Monday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine.  A new day and a new week are on our heels.  Gotta get up and get going.  I just feel like something good is going to happen to us all this week.  Don't you agree?  This is going to be our best week we've ever had.  I believe that for all of us.

Our challenge this morning is just that.  To believe.  To dream.  If we don't have  a dream, if we don't believe, if we don't have a vision for our lives, then we will perish.  I don't know about you today, but I am not about to perish.  I am not about to give up and die.  I am going to have a vision.  I see where I am going.  I see where I want to be and I know that if I put all that I have into it, if I BELIEVE, then I will get there.  I may be 42 years old, but MY DREAMS are still alive!!  My vision is still good.  My vision is still clear and I can see where I am going and where I am headed.  Are you with me this morning?  Let's have that dream.  Let's ALL believe!!  Have faith in YOU and see your dreams come to pass.  I know you can.

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sippin' on?  Me?  I'm loving me some Boca Sunrise.  This coffee is so smooth and so good tasting.  It is compared (to me) like how a wine taster/tester does.  How they let the wine roll around in their mouth.  That's what I like to do to my coffee.  HAHAHAHA  I'm so crazy ain't I?  Gotta love my coffee!

Y'all dream today.  If you don't have one, get one.  Get a vision for yourself.  Head for it and go get it on this awesome Monday!!

I used to wonder how you could be so upbeat and optimistic all of the time.  Well, I've been free from sugar, white flour, and my other addictive foods since 01-29-09.  I had hoped to feel better, but I realized that I am actually happy, I like myself, and I'm optimistic.  I give my God credit for that and for steering me ( through people of OH) to the Beck's Diet Solution.  Not only have I learned how to follow a diet, but I've also learned how to monitor my thinking and to be aware of what I am thinking.

I can now realize when I am having negative sabotaging thoughts and I can generate helpful responses to combat them.  I now weigh and measure my meals and record what I eat.  I'm doing extensive journaling about the lessons in the book.  It may sound restrictive, but, in reality, it is really quite liberating.

Wow!  I will have 1 or 2 cups of regular instant coffee flavored with DaVinciGourmet SF and FF syrup,  I love the Caramel flavor the best but I also like Hazlenut and Kahlua.  My wife picks them up at Sam's club because they are about $3 cheaper per bottle than any online store.  I've started eating salads again and I use Walden Farms SF and FF dressings that i get from www.netrition.com but I'm sure they are available elsewhere online.  My wife says she's even seen them in some grocery stores.  I usually bring a bottle with me when I go out to eat to use on my salad.  It saves a couple hundred cal compared to the dressings available in the restaurants.  I really like Balsamic Vinegar, Raspberry Vignarette, and Honey Dijon Mustard.  By the way, they are low sodium and calorie free.

So, now I can dream and think of my life as being free and wonderful.  Bob
