Sunday I did 50 mins on bike.
Yesterday was yardwork

Today I will lift for 30 to 40 mins and get at least 30 mins on bike

Today I will Ski Patrol for 3 hours
 free ski for 1 hour
ski our last league race of the year. 

BTW, for the second straight year I have qualified for the NASTAR National Championships at Steamboat Springs (ski race competition).  Never could I have done this before WLS.

I will be there tonight.  I will try to watch you race if I can.

Plan on stationary bike at lunch plus 3-4 hrs of skiing tonight.

1/2 mile walk during lunch today - 1 lap around the inside of the warehouse.
30 minutes on the elliptical.
45 minutes of weights
