stomach skin after weight loss
Been lurking awhile and after checking out JB's pics I was wondering is the indent down the middle of the stomach common? I've been watching the biggest loser and Ron who had WLS on the show also has the same indent. Basicly is that how I can expect my stomach to look after lossing 150ibs at 380 now.

Everybodys different but chances are you will have some excess skin there and it may have the indention. The more elastic your skin is, the better the chance it will tone up. If not, theres always nipping and tucking that can be done. As for myself, I have the indention too. I joke with my wife that I have a Baboon's but hanging on my stomach.

I'm not alone! We've lost the same amount of weight and I've also got a big ole hernia and a bit of Vanilla Pudding myself. HAHA. But I bet my scars are worse!

I think a lot depends on your age and genetics. When I was 32 I lost 124 lbs and didn't really have any excess skin...a very tiny bit on the waist and very tiny bit in the chest area...I think working out will help ( not solve ) with excess skin...

It's all about the Illusion...if you don't end up with a TON of extra skin, you can tuck things in and look somewhat presentable with your shirt off, and pretty normal clothed. I do have my share of extra skin but I think I got pretty lucky considering I was 450 lbs and lost more than 1/2 my body weight (currently 214 lbs)....I think my age (31); my height (6'6"); and the fact that I was thin until college helped me out in that respect. Forgive the attempt at sex-ay-ness (Valentines pic) but I dont have too many with my shirt off....I can take some scarier ones if you prefer:
