Some cheap protein--5 lb EAS for $29.95

My wife belongs to Sam's club, so I had her look at protein powder while she was there today.  I have most recently been using the Syntrax Essence vanilla which I go online at netrition.com for $37.95 for a 2 lb tub with 90 cal and 23g protein per serving.  It has no sugar nor fat.  My wife found a 5 lb tub of EAS vanilla for $29.99 which has 100 cal and 23g protein per serving.  Unfortunately, it has 12 sugar and some fat in each serving.  I don't care about the fat grams since I generally don't process fat and it just flows right through me.  But, I'll take a chance on this with the sugar grams because the price is so fantastic.  I looked up the same exact thing on netrtition.com and it's $45.95 for a 5lb tub there.  I don't think this small amount of sugar is going to throw off my newfound post-op success. 

My wife and I are now living in uncharted territory since I'm retired on disability and she's unemployed and in her mid 50s.  So, we're beginning to watch our spendin a little.  We're actually doing quite fine for now.

So, I leave you to think about good protein value for a good price.
