One Year

One year ago I was getting ready to go into the OR. Scared to death and humilated by my too-small gown and freshly shaved belly. A few stats:
Before
320 lbs
44 waist (tight)
2 diabetes meds
1 hypertention med
1 cholesterol med
1 GERD med
zero exercise
no endurance
After
200 lbs
34 waist
ZERO meds (vitamins only)
Daily walk/run
Resistance training 2 times a week
Feel great almost all the time!
Best of luck everybody!

Way to go Jason! Happy anniversary! Usually we look at the results of weight loss as looking better and the amount of pounds we've lost but you are proof that our health and getting off of the mess and the way we feel is a much better benefit. However, it is all just as thrilling. Keep up the great work.
