So today was a tight day for time, but I squeezed in 20 minutes of stationary bike and 10 minutes working bench press three sets.

So here are some side notes:  Clocked in 1636 calories yesterday on Daily Plate, 82 protein, 17 fiber,  25 fat,  36 sugars, 113 carbs

So here is what was not good about my mindfulness today:  I scarfed down 3 oz of smoked salmon at lunch with out thinking about the food or enjoying it.  You would think the soft salmon would have no problems.  Well,  let me tell you I was getting the foamies and throwing up half of it within minutes.  I felt like crap for 45 minutes and was having to work at the same time... not fun...  at least the tool still works for some foods and helps me when I am not using the tapes to get centered and slow down.

Stephan - thanks for keeping the daily thread going.  It helps motviate me to get off my duff each day.

I did another 30 minutes on the elliptical along with an hour of weights.  I'm playing around with Daily Plate too.  Yesterdays calories was 909 - 78g protein, 18g fiber, 27g fat, 34g sugar and 95g carbs.  It's pretty amazing how similar some of our numbers are.

are you reducing calories for exercising?  you have significantly fewer calories than me... sniff

No, I didn't post the reduced number.  I logged 201 calories burned for a 2 mile walk with the dog.  My net yesterday was 708.  I think I was super restrictive with myself since I was logging everything.  I just logged dinner tonight and I'm at 820 for the day without logging excercise yet.

It's now Thursday here: Got up and went snowshoeing on a mountain after a blizzard for two hours.

15 minutes elliptical, 1 hour weights, 20 minutes stationary bike.

Thanks for the daily plate reminder. A little accountability helps keep me honest. Off to log.
