Lunchtime: Full body weight workout
6:30 - 8:30 pm Karate There were only three of us, so the Sensei kicked our asses, err...worked us hard. There's no real ass-kicking in Shotokan Karate. It's all kata and moves done in pairs (e.g. blocking punches and kicks).
They say more people die from kick wounds annually than from knife wounds. Can anyone confirm? With the power I'm seeing in our Docho members and the weight/ length of legs, it seems to make sense.

50 minutes eliptical
30 minutes stationary bike.
Moved two rooms of furnature and took out tons of trash. Having wall to wall carpet installed. Getting rid of the red shag rug we found when we moved in for our bedroom 18 years ago. Wow.
Then bought my first bike in 25 years!!! Yippee. I feel like a little kid! A bit more than goofey in my bike helemt thought but Dr and being a parnet makes me wear it any way. Took my firsat spin! Only a few mintues though. It is still cold here!
