OK, Guys, I'm sitting here recovering from an unexpectedly difficult work out (and I'm not done yet-I plan to go for a swim), With the weather improving I have moved my biking and running to actual bikes and roads. Now tihs has changed the dynamics for sure. But what I did today was road the bike portino on some hills pushing myself and recreating my sprint marathon, and followed that up immediately with a 3.6 mile run. My legs felt like led balloons. Yikes,,,,, I have no idea if I was running or just running in slow motion or something... it was weird. Hope that improves cause I didn't like the way it felt.
