No longer Morbidly Obese - Woooo Hooo!!
I still have a ways to go in my journey but I passed another milestone.
I started this journey with a BMI of 58.4 - that number is just unreal to me. Not sure how I let myself go all this time.
Anyway I now have a BMI of 39.7. So I am just under the 40 and I have dropped almost 20 points on the BMI
14 more points to go!!
