IHBGOMB Thursday
I did a RPM Spin class and a kick boxing class this morning. Did some weights and ran a few miles yesterday. I've been going kind of nuts this week on the excersice. Pre-op I was able to lose 45lbs and was working out like a mad man to accomplish this.
I'm wondering about burning 1000 calories per day while not even eating that amount. I had a couple of days this week where I needed to take a midday nap, luckily I work from home and can do that. I've been told by my fiance that I have a workout addiction, she may be right.

I tried a different program on the elliptical. I ususally do 30 minutes of moderate interval training but instead did a hill program that went from easy to medium to hard to WTF!! By the end of 30 minutes, I was soaked - even my hair looked like I had been in the shower. I followed that with an hour of heavy weights and 15 minutes in the hot tub to loosen my muscles. For some reason, I'm really feeling the pain this morning.
