Meds FART
Last week I had my quarterly blood work done and today I went to my PCP for the results. When I left his office in December, I had my usual prescriptions for diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Today, for the first time in about 15 years, I was able to weigh in on his scale, which tops out at 350. Furthermore, and even better, I left his office today with NO PRESCRIPTIONS, except for Ambien to help me sleep.

That's excellent Merlin. That's what this is all about. Looking good is a bonus, but the primary reason most of us had these surgeries is for the better health. Keep up the great work!
