Just got back from biking ( on an old used thang I drumed up) around the capitol and DC mall. Was going to do the Potomac trail but ran out gas. Gotta lose some more Lbs
Even though I work out - there is nothing like putting your first 15 miles of the season on - got pain now and tomorrow
Gonna settle in for more madness
