they come in several different flavors.  They are ok, not a candy bar, but they have a decent amount of protien for the calories.  So many bars just have so much more sugar than I want to consume.

I love Powercrunch Bars, they have them at Vitamin Shop.  Peanut butter fudge and Peanut Butter.  I grab them if I don't have enough time for a protein shake.  You get about 13 to 15 grams in one bar.

Thanks for the suggestions.. I will look at all of them.. I'm still a *****icken about adding those to my diet but, after I talk to the Doctor I might give them a try.. The sugar alcohols are what make me nervous and many of them seam to be so high cal.
