IFGOMFA Wednesday
Well, I finally got off my fat ass and back in the gym today. My last visit was 3/19. My right shoulder had developed an issue that limited my range of motion and that provided me with a poor excuse to skip the gym night after night. It's finally better so I hit the elliptical for 30 minutes before lifting weights for an hour. Although I have been out of the gym, I have been wearing a pedometer and walking as much as possible. I've been averaging walking around 4.5 miles a day between work and home. Maybe I can break this 199 pound stall.

I was stuck a few pounds away from my goal for what seemed like forever.
I just did a couple days of the protein drinks/liquid diet and that broke my stall.
The remainder of the weight came right off.
Hopefully the change up in your exercise will trigger the same results. Often it just takes something to shake the body up and start the process again.
Good luck with those last 20 pounds.
btw I don't know if you have excess skin issues, but that is going to account for some weight. You might be closer to your goal than you think. I would probably be under weight if I could afford to get that extra skin removed.
