Clothes ???
I've lost about 112 lbs in the last 6.5 months. I had lots of shirts in 3x and 2x and did not need to buy many shirts until 6-8 weeks ago, now I'm wearing regular XL - cool. I was in size 52 pants and now 40-42. I've bought more pants than shirts but tried to keep to about 3-4 pair at any one time. Elastic waistbands help - I found 2XL then XL at Casual Male worked good for casual pants. The big men's dockers with the elastic release band are good too, actually I preferred the Dillard's store brand - you can get them at dillards.com. My closet is pretty bare right now, I cleaned out the remaining XXL stuff last week and have a ton of clothes to donate to the Salvation Army.
Good Luck
Paul
The road to success is always under construction.
I lost 110 pounds in my first six months and, boy, did I go through some clothes during my weight loss year.
It all started with my fat clothes consisting of size 48 to 50 pants and XXXXL shirts. Then, during the first phase of change, I started going through clothes I had outgrown but had kept. These fit better but were, unfortunately, remnants of nineties fashion for the most part. Luckily, I sped through that phase. At least these clothes didn't cost anything.
Then I entered the second phase where I could start shopping in the mall again, and I discovered Steve and Barry's (no longer with us) and Rugged Wearhouse, discount clothing stores that received so much of my hard earned money. But the price was right, and I knew that these clothes would only be transistional, so I wasn't planning on spending too much. When I outgrew those clothes, I simply went back and bought more. Also, my ex's mother was a store manager at a KMart and got me some great deals on polo shirts.
Then, there was the third and permanent phase. I was down to about a 29-30 waist and wearing M shirts, so I knew that I wasn't going to get too much smaller. So I started spending more money on a permanent wardrobe, one in which Aeropostale became the backbone of (A&F I always found too pretentious, and the American Eagles in Huntsville all seemed to hire only complete douchebags and tools.) I also shopped at Express Men, Hollister, and Target (Mossimo.) I eventually settled at a 26-27 inch waist with S-M shirts depending on the cut.
So I guess I went through three complete changes of wardrobe, although the second phase included a drop from XXL shirts to simply L shirts. When I knew I was going to undergrow the clothes, I went cheap and found the best deals. Then, when I got closer to where I knew I would stop, I spent more. And I was right, I wear those clothes to this day.

I should be ok for a few months then. I will add some holes to my belt and wear them baggy. I been wearing the same size shirt since 1998 - 5XL. I just looked in some boxes of clothes that i've been holding onto with the hopes of wearing them again.. umm yea all 5xl but got small from washing. lol I found a belt from I dont know when with a 50 waist. new too.
I wear 56 now, found some 54 jeans and 52 shorts so I am lucky there. High School I wore a 38 @ 18. 20 years ago next year.

Try not to buy new, (I spent $200. on new clothes thinking I was done losing...big mistake). You will be out of new clothes in a couple of weeks. What I did was shop at the thrift stores (Goodwill) and ask friends and family for things like size 48 pants and 1-2X shirts. I also got a couple of XL shirts and a couple of 44" pants donated to me. Don't forget the support groups and coffees in your area. They many times have a clothing exchange. Yeh, the support group is usually 10 to 1 women to men but you might find something. Brian
I too shopped at Steve and Barrys and Rugged Warehouse. I went from a size 50 waist and 3X shirt down to size 36 pants and a size Large shirt. I also found a couple of local thirft stores that keep their clothes organized by size. Goodwill's here don't sort by size and I don't have the patience to dig through racks of clothes for the right size. I want to be in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. I figure I saved a ton of money on fast food and junk food so why not spend it on clothes.
