The two places guys feel the most with WLS are...in the butt (not as much padding) and their collarbones.  Many guys really haven't noticed their collarbones much...after the weightloss, it's like "where did that come from"??

You'll lose the padding off your ass leading to tail bone issues!  You will find you have cheek bones, hip bones, shoulder blades just to name a few.

Your "manhood" will get larger too!  Or at least appear that way!  Think of that as being a 7' post in the ground.  If you have 3' buried in the ground if you take 18" of dirt off the top you have 18" more post showing!  Sorry, you can't get any more "manhood" than what you are blessed with from the get go.

Will tell you upfront that not only is there a physical side to WLS there is an emotional aspect as well to deal with.  Your self confidence will go up as you loose.  Getting looks from females that would not give you the time of day as a fat man is an incredible rush!  Many guys become clothes *****s.  It is fun shopping in the regular sizes!  The hormone dump with rapid weight loss can be a ***** to ride leading to depression, thoughts of suicide and emotional outburst.  Divorce rate is high for WLS patients too.  Makes you understand PMS!!

You'll be on on hell of a ride but in the end at goal and beyond it is not just "yeah, it's worth" but HELL YEAH!

So far I notice it in my face, arms and legs. I did find myself moving around trying to find a compy soft in my office chair without much luck... guess my ass is getting smaller too.

Oh,, what gets smaller???? What doesn't get smaller?? Is the question.. I lost quite a bit of weight pre op.. The places I noticed first were my FEET and legs.. Since surgery its just all getting smaller. Before I started the diet I swear I could have competed with Anna Nicole and Dolly in the boob department suddenly after surgery Im closer to Madonna..
I seam to be loosing it outward in faster then in the middle. But, lately it started to show all over.. When you notice in yourself what other comment about you'll know its working. Suddenly now I can feel bones in my neck and chest. I can feel my hip bones. The coolest thing is that I actually have a waist right now.. For me it just all seamed to happen suddenly. You'll be amazed. As others may tell you other things get bigger.. I dont think they get bigger as much as they seam to be more visible.

I got quite a shock in bed a few weeks ago. I rolled onto my back with my arm draped pver my stomach and was shocked to feel bones all over the place. Ribs and hip bones that I knew were there before were very prominent now. I'm constantly feeling my ribs when I lie down because my abdomen collapses and I'm concave! Went from a 10 EEE shoe to a 9-1/2 D. Even my ball caps had to be re-adjusted. Life's a ***** sometimes but I guess we'll just have to adapt and overcome.

To answer your question, no it won't get smaller. In fact, it will most likely be much more pronounced after you drop the weight.

I knew someone who had that exact problem after she dropped to about half of her starting weight. The plastic surgeon told her that your abdominal muscles that normally cover the bones in that area get pulled apart when you're big. Then when you drop the weight they don't always snap back into place, leaving certain bones "exposed". He does a surgery that basically is like tying up a corset for your abs and brings them back together, which will put them back over the sternum where they should be in the first place.

As others have mentioned, the tailbone is another area that you'll notice becomes a big problem once you start getting closer to goal.
