What do you hate most post WLS?

I'm a little over 8 months out and I have to say the thing that I really hate the most about this WLS (understand that I love a lot more than I hate and am very glad I did it) is my BM.  Either it is like giving birth to a truck or it is long and clay like and is a real pain in the ass to clean up and flush.  Sorry, but I wasn't expecting that part of this.    Today, second on my list would be my fear of relapse and gaining it back.

I'm on the same page with you stephan.  AND IT DOESN"T get any better.  You say giving birth to a truck, I say pushing out a beer can.  Keep a plunger by your side - forever end ever amen  LOL

Thought I was the only one with this problem.  Guess it is a small price to pay for the outcome.

As far as relapse we just have to always stay focused.

My only problem (had a RNY 5 1/2 months ago) is loose skin, it is irritating when i sleep and is starting to get freakin ugly in my stomach region.  That and some bloody nipples from working out in a cotton shirt, but that was my fault.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

I am at just about 8 months out. I hate fighting my brain when I look at food. My brain says I can eat a full 9 inch dinner plate of food, and room for seconds. My stomach says keep it to a cup buddy, or I'll tell you why you can't!

I also hate my brain telling me I am still fat when I look in the mirror. I know I am not the way I used to be - but I see only the body flaws.

Not being able to drink with my meals.  I knew this was going to be a hard one and it is.

I still feel fat.  I still move around like I am fat.
My swim coach mentioned this to me the other day.  She said you still move like you are 400 pounds.  I guess I still don't have the comfort of being in the new body yet.

My BM's are fine, I go twice a day with no problem and usually Type 3 on the Bristol chart. I do drink tons of green tea which helps a lot with digestion though.

It's weird because post-op I can eat just about anything (in moderation of course) except for a cheese burger. I will get filled up after just a few bites. What I wouldn't give to just get a regular cheeseburger in once in a great while.

Other than that it has been nothing but a blessing!

Had the same problem with pasty stools. Proctologist told me to take Metamucil once a day. Taht's been helping for the last week. Your mileage may vary.

My number 1 problem is GAS!! Yuck, I take both Devrom and Beano every fricking day and I still fart a lot!!
