Sunday Weekly Weigh In
Hi Gents,
I've upped my activity this week. Bought a Wii Fit and have been using it, plus some dumbells and a Pilates Ball for core strengthening. It seems to be paying off - down 1 pound this week. I've worked out in one way or another every day this week. Next week we start our first hike in the new hiking club I started. Just easy to moderate hikes, all 1-2 hours in length twice a month.

So what are your successes this week? What have you been struggling with?

I have stopped logging foods recently. I actually think this has helped me because I don't think about food as much. I am still losing weight so will continue this as long as that happens but will go back to logging if I stall out. Another good week for me, though. Have been more active working around the house and enjoy the ability to do more and go longer without getting so worn out.
