How many calories?
Could you be gaining muscle? I know I have only dropped maybe 4 pounds in the last 3 months but I know the clothes are fitting much better now than before. Also, the muffin top I was plagued with is now disappearing except for just the front.
Hoping by summer my size 34 board shorts will fit just right with no stomach "spill-over" up front!

I know I'm a little late to the party but...
I never charted calories. I always hated doing that. I just never ate that much. I've been lucky, after more than two years, I have lost almost no restriction. I can eat about one chicken wing's worth of food at a sitting and be absolutely stuffed, so that keeps my intake pretty low.
I never exercise, either. I live a very active lifestyle, I no longer own a car and everything I need is within reasonable walking distance, so I probably walk a few kilometers a day just doing what needs to be done. I am also an outdoor enthusiast. I live just a few blocks from the beach with mountains close by that I love to climb. Three to four times a week, besides the regular walking, I spend 90 to 120 minutes on those mountains. These things combined, a complete change of scenery and lifestyle, well, I can't really say that miantenance of my 105 kilo weight loss to 65 kilos is that much of a struggle.
Maintenance free is what works for me. I never count calories, I just don't eat that much (more like a normal person does.) I don't specifically work out, but when the weather's nice (which it almost always is in the tropics) I get out and enjoy it. I have found all of the number taking to be completely tedious (X number of calories in a day, exercise X number of times, a goal weight of X kilos, etc.) The less I think about it, the easier it is.
Cheers,
Chris
