In addition to the excellent suggestions above I would recommend two things. First - chart what you are eating and go see a NUT. The Success Habits of Weight-Loss Surgery Patients by Colleen Cook is the book I have used with its separate workbook, it is a good resource.
Two - get in touch with why you eat. I have found, for example, that I eat more at work when I am stress out. There is another book - The Emotional First Aid Kit: A Practical Guide to Life After Bariatric Surgery by Cynthia Alexander is a good resource.
