Well Jamie, I could'nt let that go. My son and I chase white tails in Hardy Cty WV. He does well every year. We stomp, sit. No trees or power lines. I use a 30/30 lever action Win open sights. He uses a 270 rem with 6x. We're going bird hunting in PA this fall. Gotta practice. Its been 25+ yrs since I shot at a pheasant.

And to you lbsadropping, I have been through West Virginia a few times and enjoy the views. I have a 4 year old that I hope will enjoy the same bonding time in the future that you and your son enjoys now. Hunting is always great but so much better enjoying the memories w/ your loved ones. Enjoy that pheasant hunt.
