Do u still see fat??
yeah totally normal...i'm 6'1''190 lbs and wear a size 32 jeans....and I still look at myself in the mirror and think...I need to lose 10 lbs....what's funny is that when I was 500 lbs, I thought I could "hide my fat with dark and baggy cloths...and honestly I didn't think i looked that fat. But now that I am truly a thin man...i think i look HUGE.

Scott,
I know what you mean. I look at pre WLS pictures of both myself and my wife and can't believe we were so big! I never saw myself looking like that. If I closed my eyes I saw myself as a little overweight, which is one of the reasons I had so much trouble losing weight. Now I am thinner than I saw myself. I think I am finially starting to see myself more like others see me, I am a little more realistic. The people at work keep telling me I am too skinny! I am not skinny, at least what I consider skinny, just skinny in comparison to my previous weight. My BMI is around 24, so just bearly a normal weight, I still have some fat in the middle, hard to tell how much is fat (% body fat was not too bad when it was checked a couple of months ago) and how much is just skin.
I still have a problem buying clothes. I go to try on a 34 inch waist and when I go to try them on I still think they will be way too small, but they fit! I am so happy with the new me!

This time last year I was weighing in at over 300 pounds and wearing XX-Lg shirts (some XXX-Lg). My wife and I were out shopping and she found a shirt for me. It was a medium and I thought there was no way it would fit but let her buy it anyway. Turns out, the medium fits perfect! It was funny because when I tried it on I told her that either I was smaller than I thought or it was a big medium - she told me it wasn't a big medium.
