Just got back from monthly weigh in at Docs office. Back up to 201lbs from 198.75.  Lean mass gain. He said I will lose about 7-9 lbs of fat and gain 1.5 lbs lean monthly.  Got a plan and routine down pat.  110 g's protein and 1900 cals daily. carbs ok.  Must burn2700 cals daily
Who said that WLS is only the beginning?  ME
