any way to search within the mens forums?

Is there any way to use the search function to search only threads/post within the mens forum? Most message boards I have used have a more advanced search fuction which really does come in handy. The only search engine I see is located in the top right corner of every page. Is this the only one available or is their a more advanced one because I don't see one anywhere.

I just use Google.  For example, to search for "WLS", I enter the following in a google search box:

wls site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/men/a,messageboard/

That only searches the men's forum and pulls up posts from the board.

I don't have any idea of how to do the specialized searches, but since I know that it is hard to go back withing the Men's Forum, I save any pertinent posts.  For example, Dx E posted many links to his past posts on 04-26-09 and I put them all in a folder.  If someone wants me to post them, I'd have to wait until my wife comes home next week to copy and past them to a new post since I simply stink at most computer skills.  I don't have an avatar nor my picture on my post because I don't know how to do it.  I've saved threads about nutrition, exercise, and even some long threads that I started regarding the Beck's Diet Solution.
