WENT to put on some Dockers yesterday i thought HMM..i can wear em possibly with my belt at the top notch on it....forget that...they fell fast to the ankles...so i tried another pair....same results...sure is great! and feel great!

After bouncing up 1.2 pounds last week, this week I am back at my lowest of 196.4.
