I buy organic skim milk for my wife and maybe once a week I will drink 3 or 4 ozs. I also buy low fat chocolate milk and drink 8 ozs after I run. It is suppose to have the right ratio of fat to carbs for muscle recovery.
I really can't do anything less than 2%, so that's why I stick with. It gets too watered down and the taste changes enough to make me want to gag below 2%.
