Medication Warnings

I was listening to a TV add about a medication last night when they mentioned the caveat to let your doctor know if you start having suicidal thoughts.  I fear that anyone who might be having suicidal thoughts may not know what to do about them.

I suggest that you have a spouse or friend read the sheet about counterindications of any meds that you take.  A spouse is likely to notice changes in your behavior that you are not even aware of.  By pointing that out to you, you can contact a doctor for either advice or a change in the meds.

By the way, if you are taking antidepressants, never stop taking them without consulting a doctor.  Being weaned off of some antidepressants may affect your well being.
