I.m pi--ed; don't use preformancebike . com

Hey guys this is to all you bike riders out there .

  I just maid a $ 173.00 buy yesterday, AND TODAY I GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT IF I ORDER TODAY THAT THERE IS NO SHIPING CHARGER!!! GERRRR 
Now I know it is just a small thing ,but Do Ya think they could have told me that if I place my order ONE DAY later that I could save the the shiping . In today's econ every dime counts! 
IMHO thats bad service. I called them and asked if I could get this deal applyed to my order. I was told by the costumer service rep that they have no idea when they are going to offer this service. B S  I dont belive it .  So if you ride use another online service ( nashbar . com ) They have cheaper prices anyway , or go to your local bike shop . I know i will . Besides after you pay the shipping charges it all works out to be about the same in the end . And by going to your local bike shop you are supporting your local small businessman, which I kinda like the idea of anyway.

screw that noise! I'd return it, and buy it again out of principle. When it comes in the mail, just refuse it and make it go straight back to the bad-customer service department from whence it came.

I agree, support local stores, even the big ones.

Yes that is the way I feel , But I really need the tires and they were a great deal for the tire I got. I did tell them this will be the last time I buy ANYTHING  from them though. I will just go to my local shop from now on though. My local shop didn't have the type of tire I was looking for. They said they would / could order them for me. And with winter well on its way here my riding season is almost at an end !
We have already had/have temps in the thirty's  I don't ride in that .
I have tryed and I lost feeling in my fingers from them getting toooo darn cold . I work swing shift and get off work at 3:00 am the temp drops to low for me at that time of night
