Twice a day eat a serving of oatmeal w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter and a scoop of vanilla protein powder....it has "healthy" carbs, fats and is about 400 calories per serving. That has been the key to maintaining my goal weight and not dropping much below.

While using protein shakes is a cheap method of getting high proteins with low sugar, carbs, and cals, you may want to try protein bars as an alternative.  That way you won't have the problems with milk.  Be careful to get high protein-low carb bars.  You can get them many places ( including Walmart) but I suggest that you go to www.netrition.com and look up protein bars.  You can then choose to look only at the high protein-low carb ones.  Netrition.com is diverse in their selections because they cater to both people trying to lose weight like us and to people trying to beef up like body builders.  I know you are not looking to lose weight, but unless you are going to exercise a lt, you don't want to get on a body building regiment.  If you do change your mind about that, you can go to the diet and exercise forum for more info.
