Shake Diet - Dont read right before lunch

Gents......

I am on a three month shake diet program (3 shakes then sensible dinner).....have lost 30 lbs in the 1st month...I wanted to loose more, but my body seems to be holding on the the fat...meh!

Anyway...when I do the shakes, over the last months my visits to the "man throne" have decrease, to be expected....but what I want to ask about, is that my production run is no longer solid...if you know what i mean!

The "runs" are putting it lightly....is this only " liquid in, liquid out?"

any ideas.......

I'd guess it's along those lines, ya. You could always add some soluble fiber powder to your shakes. I do this, and don't really experience your "production" problems

add a few spoon fulls of benefiber to your shake throughout the day, that should help firm things up.
