Guy Question About Ye Olde "De-Meatpearing"
Not trying to defend anything but the truth here, but don't some people have issues with adhesions (scar tissue) afterwards, which could cause pain and even pull on or crimp the vagina? Here is one post about the topic:
"... I was 4 months preg. (22 yoa) and the Dr removed cysts from my left ovary; I delivered normal birth and had no problems. I formed bigger cysts and in 2005 had a hyster at 35 yoa (one of the best things I did) removing left ovary and uterus. I kept my cervix and right ovary. When seeing my gyne he told me (vaginal ultrasound) I have scar tissue on my right ovary. VERY painful during intercourse; and I am finding that more and more everyday I have pain. .."

Oh yes. This can happen with any abdominal surgery, not just the hysterectomy for a woman. If you men had an internal peen, the same sort of thing could happen for you. Instead, you'd just get intestinal strictures. But insofar as the actual structure of the vagina and its walls, nothing changes when you receive a hysterectomy.
