I am OVERWEIGHT now!
Congratulations. That's a heck of a milestone to reach.
I'm still obese according to the BMI thingy. At 6'2" and 259 I'm about 26 lbs north of being overweight. Until recently I've been satisfied to be obese. But here recently I've felt fat in my 40's. I think my brain is finally catching up with my body. My goal is to get to 233. I think that's the overweight/obese cutoff just to see how it feels.

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
