Yes! It's good, but I found much of that too sweet at times though. I am a big fan with cottage cheese and Ms. Dash. The salt makes the dishes a little more savory. I've always been a protein guy over sweets though too....
Check out Eggface's blog, Bariatric Foodie, and a couple others on this board. There are more recipes out there than we can imagine.
I generally get mine at www.netrition.com which has better pricing and a set S&H of $4.95 regardless of the size of the order. Also, during cold weather, they will offer to send glass bottles in styrofoam packs for a norminal additional fee ( many places do not send the glass bottles in the winter). I don't know which flavors come in plastic and which come in glass.
Also, my wife has found that Sam's Club sells about 6 flavors--mostly those that you would think of blending with coffee ( as opposed to fruit flavors) for about $3 per bottle cheaper than anywhere else.

It does not show on my list of full liquids. I can have cream of wheat cereal and pudding and cream soup purreed. I need to check in with the OTC to see when I can have that. It would definately lend itself to "savory" vs. sweet.
