The Holidays caught up with me on the scale.
Sad start for the New Year, hopefully we can get a better handle on this. Prayers to all.
Weight is +/- 5 lbs all week. As long it it can still go down, I can live with the up.
Sorry to see some much suffering in early 2025. Hopefully it will get better quickly.
